Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with proven experience in international markets to drive sales and growth for our IT services. The role involves managing the entire business development lifecycle—right from lead generation to deal closure—while building and maintaining strong relationships with global clients and CXO-level stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new accounts for offshore and onsite IT projects.
- Manage the end-to-end business development and sales process, including database creation, lead generation, account penetration, pursuit strategy, and deal closure.
- Sell IT services in international markets through market research, data mining, and business analysis.
- Identify, explore, and establish potential partnership opportunities with global business partners.
- Drive conversion of qualified leads into successful business engagements.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Build strong client relationships by engaging with CXO/CIO-level decision-makers.
Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of experience in business development for international IT markets.
- Strong account mapping and head-hunting skills with a successful track record in selling IT services/technology outsourcing solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven experience managing large conglomerates and global customers.
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with clients through a consultative approach.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team culture.
- Skilled at balancing assertive sales follow-up with professional client engagement.
