About the Role
Etechno Solution is seeking dynamic and driven Business Development Executives (BDEs) to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales, business development, or admission counseling—preferably in the ed-tech sector—and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. This is a results-oriented role where you’ll be responsible for generating leads, counseling prospects, and converting them into successful SAP training admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
- Counsel and guide prospects on SAP training programs.
- Achieve a minimum of 6 monthly admissions through effective conversions.
- Manage CRM tools, maintain follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy.
- Represent the brand during events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing & operations teams to align business growth strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or counseling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Target-driven mindset with proven track record in achieving sales/admission goals.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Bonus Skills
- Prior experience in education technology (ed-tech) sales.
- Knowledge of sales automation tools.
- Experience in event/webinar participation.
- Strong relationship-building skills in B2B/B2C environments.
