About the Role
Sandat Web Solution is seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with existing customers. This role involves identifying growth opportunities, building strong client connections, and driving revenue through innovative business strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop in-depth knowledge of all company products and services.
- Identify and acquire new clients through direct contact, networking, and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Attend networking events and industry activities to connect with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure retention.
- Suggest upgrades, additional products, or services to meet client needs.
- Prepare compelling business proposals and contracts to increase revenue.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure favorable deals for the company.
- Support and guide staff in developing skills to enhance sales performance.
- Review and act on client feedback to improve products and services.
- Stay updated with industry trends and customer preferences to keep offerings relevant.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 0–3 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build rapport and close deals.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
