Job Description

Our client, Bizup.app, a rapidly growing digital platform focused on empowering offline clothing retailers, is actively seeking dynamic and persuasive Business Development Executives

Location: Delhi, Gurugram, and Surat

Work Type: On-site (Office Only)

Experience Required: 2 – 10 Years

Salary Range: ₹2.5 – 4 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to offline clothing retailers via outbound calls
  • Present and explain the value of digitizing their business through Bizup.app
  • Handle objections and support retailers through the onboarding process
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets
  • Maintain lead data and coordinate with internal teams

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of telesales/telecalling/customer service experience
  • Strong communication in Hindi, English, and regional languages
  • Retail tech/SaaS or apparel retail experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and spreadsheets
