Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with deep expertise in Salesforce Lightning Cloud to drive implementation, optimization, and adoption of cloud-based CRM solutions. This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to transform requirements into impactful Salesforce solutions that enhance business processes and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Requirements Gathering & Analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and challenges.
- Document business requirements, user stories, and use cases for Salesforce Lightning Cloud projects.
- Facilitate workshops to capture and prioritize needs.
- Analyze current systems to propose optimized Salesforce Lightning solutions.
- Translate product owner requirements into technical specifications for the development team.
2. Salesforce Configuration & Customization
- Work with Salesforce admins and developers to configure and customize Lightning Cloud features.
- Design workflows, dashboards, reports, and process automation aligned with business goals.
- Ensure solutions maximize adoption and deliver measurable value.
3. Process Mapping & Optimization
- Map current business workflows and recommend process improvements.
- Lead re-engineering initiatives to streamline operations using Salesforce Cloud tools.
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Create UAT test plans, coordinate testing, and validate feature functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve testing issues in collaboration with technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on Salesforce Lightning Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including configuration and customization.
- Experience in CRM implementation, process mapping, and optimization.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
