Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in analyzing business needs, identifying improvement opportunities, and delivering actionable solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our business objectives are met through strategic data analysis and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
- Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Create process flows, wireframes, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Present analytical insights and reports to senior stakeholders for informed decision-making.
- Monitor project performance and maintain requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with best practices and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC concepts.
- Experience with data visualization or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
- Basic understanding of SQL is advantageous.
Preferred Qualifications:
- CBAP, PMI-PBA, or similar professional certification.
- Experience in domains such as IT, BFSI, e-commerce, or healthcare.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools or business process modeling.
