Role Summary – Branch Executive:
As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch-level operations, client relationship management, team coordination, and meeting branch performance metrics. This is a client- and operations-facing role that demands accountability, organizational efficiency, and people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned branch
- Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations
- Supervise staffing, attendance, and overall workforce performance
- Drive targets related to client deliverables, recruitment, or service SLAs
- Generate branch-level reports and provide insights to leadership
- Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and audit standards
- Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
- Prior experience in operations, client service, or team handling is a plus
- Local language proficiency (depending on location) is desirable
