Role Summary – Branch Executive:

As a Branch Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth branch-level operations, client relationship management, team coordination, and meeting branch performance metrics. This is a client- and operations-facing role that demands accountability, organizational efficiency, and people management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the assigned branch
  • Act as the first point of contact for client queries and escalations
  • Supervise staffing, attendance, and overall workforce performance
  • Drive targets related to client deliverables, recruitment, or service SLAs
  • Generate branch-level reports and provide insights to leadership
  • Ensure compliance with legal, operational, and audit standards
  • Support onboarding, training, and upskilling of employees
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant discipline
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and reporting tools
  • Prior experience in operations, client service, or team handling is a plus
  • Local language proficiency (depending on location) is desirable
