Position Overview
We are seeking an Azure Infrastructure Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation scripting, and Azure DevOps. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Bicep, ARM templates, Terraform, and PowerShell, and be capable of building, deploying, and automating infrastructure solutions across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage Azure Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep, ARM Templates, Terraform, and PowerShell.
- Develop deployment and automation scripts for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Implement and maintain Azure services, including Function Apps, Logic Apps, Key Vault, Storage Accounts, Synapse, Grafana, and Azure AI Foundry.
- Manage Azure DevOps pipelines (CI/CD) and create custom/marketplace OS images.
- Administer Azure DevOps (ADO) and Azure Infrastructure environments.
- Handle Windows Active Directory and related administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across multi-platform environments.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in scripting and automation using Bicep, ARM Templates, PowerShell, Terraform, and Shell scripting.
- Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, Azure DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Hands-on experience in Azure administration, Windows Active Directory, and system deployments.
- Background in Infrastructure troubleshooting and networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, Firewall, Proxy).
- Experience with virtualization and containerization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, and Docker.
Good to Have
- Proficiency in Python development and SQL query writing.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix/macOS administration (NIS, LDAP, DNS, Email, Proxy).
