About the Role

Genzeon Global is seeking an accomplished Automation Solution Lead with 15–20 years of professional experience to spearhead our process automation initiatives, with a strong focus on the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in business process improvement, hands-on automation delivery using UiPath, and a strong background in building and scaling Automation Centers of Excellence (COEs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess automation opportunities within healthcare processes.
  • Design and deliver automation solutions using technologies including RPA, NLP, ML, GenAI, OCR, and BPM.
  • Lead the definition and execution of automation strategies aligned to organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in automation technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 15–20 years of overall experience with at least 7+ years in automation and process improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies.
  • UiPath Certified Professional with deep practical experience.
  • Experience in healthcare processes and industry-specific workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with a broad range of automation technologies:
  • RPA, NLP, ML, Generative AI, OCR, BPM
Preferred Qualifications
  • Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt or higher).
  • Exposure to additional RPA tools (e.g., Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
  • Knowledge of healthcare compliance and regulations (e.g., HIPAA).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
