About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Automation & AI Center of Excellence (COE) Lead to spearhead our Intelligent Automation and AI initiatives. This is a strategic leadership position responsible for building, scaling, and delivering innovative automation solutions across our client base.

Key Responsibilities

Practice Leadership & Business Development

• Build and scale the Intelligent Automation & AI practice, including service offerings, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market strategy.
• Develop and expand the UiPath practice with a focus on both test and process automation.
• Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expanding existing accounts.
• Partner with Pre-Sales to craft winning proposals, RFP responses, and client solution presentations.
• Create solution accelerators and frameworks to differentiate offerings in the market.
• Conduct client discovery workshops to identify opportunities and craft tailored automation roadmaps.

Client Delivery Leadership

• Lead multiple client engagements ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Guide clients through their automation journey, from assessment to implementation and managed services.
• Architect enterprise-scale automation solutions integrating RPA, AI, and ML.
• Manage global delivery teams across projects and geographies.
• Establish governance frameworks and methodologies for value realization.
• Promote best practices and delivery standards across teams.

Solution & Technical Leadership

• Design scalable automation solutions, including test automation using UiPath and other technologies.
• Integrate predictive analytics and generative AI capabilities into business solutions.
• Establish MLOps practices for production-grade AI model deployment.
• Develop reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks for faster delivery.
• Provide architectural oversight and guide technology decisions across engagements.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend emerging technologies to enhance capabilities.

Required Qualifications

• 18+ years of IT services/consulting experience, with 8+ years in Automation and AI.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in large-scale automation programs for enterprise clients.
• Expertise in UiPath platform and ecosystem.
• Proven track record in building practices and growing revenue in IT services.
• Strong experience in managing multiple client engagements and delivery teams.
• Demonstrated success in solution selling and pre-sales support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multiple RPA platforms such as Automation Anywhere and Blue Prism.
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies and real-world use cases.
• Industry domain experience in sectors such as Banking, Insurance, or Healthcare.
• Relevant certifications (UiPath, Cloud Platforms, Project Management).
• Familiarity with global delivery models and managing offshore teams.
• Background in digital transformation consulting.
