Role Overview
The Assistant Manager – Finance will play a key role in preparing and analyzing financial reports, monitoring budgets, and supporting decision-making through digital finance tools. The role involves financial planning, MIS reporting, variance analysis, and subsidiary accounts management.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare monthly MIS and reports related to Inventory & Receivables.
- Generate division-wise / cost center-wise MIS, comparing budget vs. actual vs. previous year, with variance analysis.
- Prepare and analyze division-wise / region-wise profitability.
- Monitor and report on freight cost analysis monthly.
- Prepare and analyze yield & capacity utilization for each manufacturing plant.
- Maintain books of account for 2 subsidiaries.
- Enhance existing financial reports in SAP & BI tools to drive digitalization and enable effective decision-making.

Eligibility
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA/ICWA/MBA in Finance preferred).
- Experience: 0–5 years in Finance & Accounting (Freshers with strong academics may apply).
