Job Summary:
Capillary Technologies is seeking a dynamic Solutions Architect to define and drive the technical strategy for our enterprise customers. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen, acting as a trusted advisor to help clients adopt Capillary’s suite of products and scale their solutions effectively. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in large-scale enterprise applications, SaaS, and cloud platforms, coupled with excellent client-facing skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customer success, tech, professional services) to design and implement scalable and resilient solutions
- Translate complex business needs into robust, innovative architecture using Capillary Products
- Serve as a customer advocate to drive the adoption and success of our solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers to ensure satisfaction and long-term engagement
- Support pre-sales activities and create technical strategy proposals
- Stay updated on cloud, SaaS, and industry trends to deliver cutting-edge architectural recommendations
- Represent technical expertise in executive-level discussions and solution roadmap planning
- Travel up to 50%, including international engagements
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (B.Tech / B.E – CSE / IT)
- 3+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise consulting, or large-scale application design
- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies, SaaS platforms, and integration frameworks
- Strong understanding of compliance, security, DR, high availability, and networking
- Proven track record in customer-facing roles supporting multi-national clients
- Familiarity with operational best practices and frameworks for enterprise systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (M.Tech / MBA)
- Experience with hybrid cloud models and SaaS product deployment
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence, consult, and lead within cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in a client-facing technical pre-sales or consulting capacity
