About the Role
We are seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager, Scale to join our growing Customer Success team in India. In this role, you will work with customers in our Emerging segment — the largest by volume — to drive product adoption, retention, and value realization through a mix of digital-led programs, strategic many engagements, and targeted 1:1 customer interactions. You’ll be part of a dynamic, data-driven team that uses customer insights to deliver impact at scale, helping businesses maximize the potential of the Workato platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 250 Emerging customers, driving adoption, engagement, and retention.
- Partner with customers to help them achieve their desired outcomes and realize value from Workato’s solutions.
- Leverage tools, data, and automation to deliver value to multiple accounts through 1:many initiatives such as webinars, group trainings, and content campaigns.
- Respond to inbound customer requests efficiently and empathetically.
- Identify and proactively engage at-risk customers through strategic 1:1 outreach to mitigate churn.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Technical Consulting teams to ensure customer satisfaction and account growth.
- Represent the voice of the customer, influencing internal teams and contributing to product roadmap discussions.
- Design and implement scalable strategies to continuously improve customer success outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, or similar).
- Strong customer empathy and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build effective materials and assets for both customers and colleagues.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Passionate about automation technology and its ability to drive business value.
- Familiarity with the integration or SaaS technology landscape is a plus.
