Job Summary:
As an Associate Business Advisor, you will support the shaping of business vision and strategy in collaboration with clients. You will help identify user and stakeholder needs, conduct business analysis, and translate those into actionable business requirements. Your work will directly influence process improvements, capability development, and future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand strategic objectives and define project scope and direction.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process analysis to elicit clear business needs.
- Document and analyze existing business processes, data flows, and pain points.
- Assist in defining future state processes and deriving relevant business requirements.
- Translate complex business requirements into simple, actionable insights and solution outlines.
- Support business case development, solution assessment, and decision-making.
- Work with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and design to align business needs with technological solutions.
- Help ensure user/stakeholder requirements are met throughout the solution lifecycle.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in business analysis, consulting, or advisory roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Familiarity with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio) and documentation techniques.
- Basic understanding of project management and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Waterfall).
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to working in a client-facing or consulting environment.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, or equivalent) is a plus.
