Our client is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager (IC Role) to drive sales and market penetration of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGM) and Cardio Diagnostic Devices across Maharashtra and Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales Targets: Drive revenue and meet sales objectives for CGM and cardio diagnostic products.
- Relationship Building: Engage with hospitals, doctors, diagnostic labs, and distributors.
- Market Expansion: Identify and onboard new customers and expand in assigned territories.
- Product Demonstration & Training: Educate healthcare professionals on product usage.
- Channel Management: Work with distributors for optimized sales and inventory.
- Market Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline forecasts.
- Compliance: Follow company and regulatory guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: B.Sc, Biotechnology, B.Pharm (MBA in Sales/Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: 3–5 years in medical device/diagnostics sales. Experience with CGMs or cardio diagnostic devices preferred.
