Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Area Manager to oversee operations, drive sales, and ensure business growth across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing teams, achieving revenue targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations across assigned areas, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate branch/territory teams to improve performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective relationship management.
- Oversee inventory control, supply chain coordination, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 8–15 years of experience in sales, operations, or area/territory management.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
