Role Overview
As an Apprentice in Production, you will be part of the Manufacturing & Engineering team, gaining exposure to pharmaceutical production processes and operations. This opportunity is designed for freshers who wish to build a career in pharmaceutical manufacturing while learning industry best practices under expert guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the production team in day-to-day manufacturing operations.
- Support in operating machines and equipment under supervision.
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines.
- Help maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets.
