Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough quality checks on digital content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines.
- Validate grammar, formatting, and tone across websites, applications, and marketing platforms.
- Identify content issues, report defects, and coordinate fixes with content, design, and development teams.
- Ensure SEO best practices and metadata standards are implemented.
- Generate QA reports and contribute to improving workflows and SOPs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall content quality and user experience.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong eye for detail with excellent English grammar and editing skills.
- Prior experience in content QA, proofreading, or digital/e-commerce content review.
- Knowledge of SEO, CMS platforms, and QA processes.
- Analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and independently with ownership.
