Job Description

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Analyst – Campaign Pod to support our marketing and sales teams by executing, monitoring, and analyzing campaigns. The role involves managing campaign data, ensuring flawless execution, and delivering insights that improve performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Perform campaign data analysis to track performance against KPIs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with campaign requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaign goals.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards to share insights with stakeholders.
  • Suggest improvements for targeting, segmentation, and performance optimization.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
