About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin Executive to manage daily administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate logistics, and support internal teams by maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative operations including correspondence, scheduling, and record maintenance.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, phone calls, mail, etc.).

2. Office Management

  • Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and process requisitions when needed.
  • Organize and maintain office files and documentation (both physical and digital).
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and procurement.
  • Supervise office support staff and ensure upkeep of office facilities.

3. Travel Arrangements

  • Manage travel bookings, accommodation, and related logistics for employees.
  • Prepare travel itineraries and ensure compliance with company travel policies.

4. Team Support

  • Assist various teams with their administrative needs.
  • Support onboarding activities by arranging workstations, access cards, and orientation materials for new employees.

5. Event Coordination

  • Plan and organize internal events, training sessions, and meetings.
  • Ensure smooth execution of events within budget and timelines.

Qualifications and Skills

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Candidates from Hotel Management backgrounds are encouraged to apply.

Core Skills:

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Experience:

  • 0.6 – 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Prior experience handling confidential information will be an added advantage.
