Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AD, Azure Intune & Windows Hybrid Cloud Administrator to design, implement, and maintain a hybrid IT infrastructure combining on-premises Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Intune, and Windows Servers. The ideal candidate should bring strong expertise in hybrid identity management, endpoint management, virtualization, and security, along with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Key Responsibilities

Azure AD & Intune Administration

  • Implement and manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) identity and access solutions.
  • Configure and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM, compliance policies, app deployments, and Windows Autopilot.
  • Administer user accounts, groups, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
  • Ensure seamless synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD using AD Connect.
  • Troubleshoot Intune deployment, enrollment, and application distribution issues.
  • Generate reports on compliance, device health, and access patterns.

Azure Networking & Security

  • Design and manage Azure networking (VNETs, NSGs, VPN Gateway, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Traffic Manager).
  • Implement and monitor Azure Firewall, IDS/IPS, and security policies.
  • Configure and maintain Azure Security Center, Azure Defender, Azure Sentinel, and Azure Policy.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analysis, and ensure compliance with SOC2, GDPR, ISO 27001 standards.

Windows Server & Virtualization Administration

  • Manage Windows Servers (2012–2022) including AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File/Print services.
  • Administer VMware and Hyper-V environments and backup solutions.
  • Perform OS patching with WSUS/SCCM/ManageEngine and ensure disaster recovery preparedness.
  • Troubleshoot performance issues, perform root cause analysis, and maintain system availability.

Collaboration & Documentation

  • Work closely with IT, security, and network teams to ensure hybrid environment security and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of system configurations, policies, and processes.
  • Prepare professional reports, Excel trackers, and PowerPoint presentations for management and compliance audits.
  • Provide consultancy to customers and support escalations in a professional manner.

  • Windows Server Administration (2012–2022)
  • VMware / Hyper-V Virtualization
  • Backup and DR Solutions
  • PowerShell Scripting / .NET Programming
  • Familiarity with ISO27001/SOC2/GDPR compliance (nice to have)
