Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant II to join our finance operations team based in Noida (Amazon DEL27). The role will be primarily responsible for monthly invoicing, PO (Purchase Order) management, monthly accruals, and supporting/leading automation initiatives in financial processes.

This position offers a hands-on opportunity to work on financial operations with a focus on efficiency and innovation. It is ideal for candidates who are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate ownership, and are keen to simplify manual processes through automation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle monthly invoicing processes, ensuring timely and accurate billing.
  • Manage Purchase Orders (POs): fund verification, fund addition, creation, and approval workflows.
  • Prepare and process monthly accruals with accuracy and completeness.
  • Actively contribute to and lead automation projects related to invoicing and accruals to streamline manual processes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with finance and procurement standards.
  • Maintain consistent communication with internal stakeholders to resolve queries and ensure seamless operations.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in finance or accounting operations.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, automation via macros preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with Accounts Payable (AP) processes is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to dive deep and take ownership of tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize, deliver results, and simplify processes through innovation.
  • Comfortable working in on-site Noida location (Amazon DEL27 site).
