Inside Sales Executive / Lead Generation Specialist

Essential Skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development
- Strong understanding of B2B sales (SaaS / EdTech preferred)
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (lead tracking and reporting)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to research and identify potential business opportunities
Roles & Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities using online research, LinkedIn, databases, and industry events
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, social channels)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead and prospect data in CRM systems
- Collaborate with the sales team to handover qualified leads and support conversion
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Track, measure, and report lead generation performance metrics
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry best practices
Preferred Experience
- Background in SaaS, EdTech, or B2B technology sales
- Experience working with sales pipelines and reporting dashboards
