Essential Skills
- 8+ years of Full Stack development experience
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET 6/8+, Web API
- Frontend expertise in Angular (latest versions), TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficient in HTML, CSS, Bootstrap
- Database experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL
- Hands-on experience with Git / TFS
- Exposure to Microservices architecture and Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of applications
- Provide technical leadership by defining architecture, design patterns, and best practices
- Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and estimations to ensure quality delivery
- Mentor and guide team members on Angular, .NET Core, and modern development practices
- Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely delivery within SLAs
- Drive multi-client delivery, proposals, solutioning, PoCs, and migrations
- Ensure implementation of security best practices (authentication, authorization, API security)
- Own roadmaps, SaaS architecture, reliability, and customer-centric solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation (architecture diagrams, API docs, user guides)
- Independently manage requirement analysis, user stories, and end-to-end delivery cycles
- Promote quality and excellence through clean, secure, and maintainable code
Good to Have
- Experience with Clean Architecture in .NET Web API
- Knowledge of code quality and security tools (SonarQube, Checkmarx)
- Exposure to SAST & DAST tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite)
- Experience with Azure integrations, OpenID, OAuth, SAML
- Familiarity with AI-first or experimentation-driven product features
Leadership Experience
- 3+ years of experience leading teams and managing projects
- Strong communication, decision-making, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing engineering teams
