Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead / Senior Digital Analyst to join our CX Analytics team. This is a client-facing, strategic analytics role requiring a blend of business acumen, deep digital analytics expertise, and the ability to derive impactful insights from web and product data. The ideal candidate will work directly with enterprise clients, internal sales/solution teams, and technical consultants to translate business needs into actionable insights, optimization strategies, and personalization opportunities. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems using digital data, driving measurable outcomes, and guiding clients across their analytics transformation journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand client’s website architecture, online business model, funnels, and marketing ecosystem.
  • Conduct research—website audits, financial reports, competitive analysis—to refine problem statements.
  • Influence and enhance client’s digital strategy through data-driven insights.
  • Perform funnel analysis, segmentation, personalization insights, and omnichannel analytics.
  • Build testing hypotheses, wireframes, and support personalization campaigns across platforms.
  • Define and document KPIs, business requirements, and measurement frameworks.
  • Ensure best practices in digital analytics tagging, testing, and optimization.
  • Support clients with dashboards, reporting, and ad-hoc analysis.
  • Manage multiple client engagements, timelines, and expectations effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activities and billable time.

Required Skills & Must-Haves

  • 6–10 years of experience in digital analytics, testing, and personalization streams.
  • Hands-on with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Google Analytics.
  • Strong experience with A/B & multivariate testing, personalization, and journey optimization.
  • Expertise in funnel analysis, segmentation, customer behavior insights.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel, dashboarding, KPI definition, and measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent storytelling, presentation, and client communication skills.
  • Ability to lead client conversations, manage stakeholders, and drive business impact.

Preferred

  • Experience using advanced analytics for digital optimization
  • Exposure to CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) frameworks
  • Ability to mentor teams and support cross-functional collaboration
