About the Job

The Senior Software Engineer will work on Salesforce development, customization, integrations, and Lightning component development while coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Work with Apex classes, triggers, batch classes, custom metadata, and test classes.
  • Manage Salesforce users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and environments.
  • Configure and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Build automation using Flows and Process Builder.
  • Perform integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead technical activities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience.
  • Hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of SOQL/SOSL and Salesforce object relationships.
  • Experience with deployment & version control tools.

  • Strong communication and articulation abilities.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate tasks with multiple teams.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong ownership and initiative.
