About the Role
This position involves designing and developing advanced Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning, Service Cloud, and integration architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura.
- Build and optimize Field Service Lightning flows and Service Cloud features.
- Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP/Streaming APIs.
- Gather technical requirements, translate them into specifications, and deliver solutions.
- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
- Mentor junior developers and support best practices across the team.
Preferred Qualifications & ExperienceÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Computer Science or equivalent.
- 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Service Cloud & Field Service Lightning.
- Expertise in Apex classes, triggers, LWC, Aura components.
- Proven experience in Salesforce integrations and data migrations.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
