About the Job

Provide bilingual (Mandarin–English) L2 technical support, translation assistance, and incident management for global/APAC customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle L2 incidents, service requests, and escalations for Mandarin-speaking users.
  • Translate technical/business documents between Mandarin and English.
  • Maintain bilingual documentation, tickets, logs, and status reports.
  • Collaborate with engineering/L3 teams for faster issue resolution.
  • Support localization for APAC platforms and services.
  • Conduct bilingual meetings and communication during major incidents.
  • Review translated materials for accuracy and cultural alignment.
  • Identify recurring issues and support CSI activities globally.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computer Science or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of L2 technical support experience (bilingual).
  • Professional fluency in Mandarin & English.
  • ITIL Foundation certification (preferred).
  • Experience supporting APAC/global environments.

Preferred Skills

  • Mandatory: Jira Service Desk, Service Desk Operations, Windows Server.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle major incidents and multilingual communication.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service orientation.
