About the Job
This role involves developing, customizing, and supporting SAP HR solutions using ABAP, ensuring smooth system performance and HR process automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance SAP HR modules using ABAP.
- Perform unit, integration testing, and technical validations.
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Work on HRPA, HROM, RICEF, SP upgrades, CLC upgrades, IDocs, SProxy, and BIB.
- Monitor jobs, handle incidents, and ensure system stability.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- 5–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR ABAP.
- Strong experience in HRPA & HROM modules.
- Experience in RICEF objects, SPDD/SPAU, SP upgrades, and ATC remediation.
- Knowledge of IDocs, BIB, SProxy integrations.
Preferred Skills
- Mandatory: HR ABAP, RICEF, SPDD/SPAU, ATC Remediation.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of end-to-end HR processes.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to handle upgrades and performance tuning.
