Graphic Designer

Department: Creative Marketing

Experience : Min 4-5 years 

Location : Bengaluru 


Primary Function

The Graphic Designer is responsible for leading and executing a wide range of creative projects from concept to completion. The role requires strong design expertise, collaboration with copywriters and cross-functional teams, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative solutions aligned with brand and marketing strategies.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead creative direction and execution on design and marketing projects from concept to delivery.
  • Develop and implement design strategies to achieve strong visual and business outcomes.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of typography and its effective application.
  • Create clean, modern layouts across print and digital platforms.
  • Present creative concepts and deliverables effectively to leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage production work for print and digital assets or provide support for other creative builds.
  • Make timely, informed design decisions to meet project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay current with evolving design, style, and technology trends, applying them to enhance creative work.
  • Research and collaborate across different media (e.g., video editing, UX, Figma, Adobe Suite) as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in an advertising agency, retail firm, or design studio.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
  • Experience with Figma and other design or video editing tools.
  • Working knowledge of Mac OS and Microsoft Office.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written in English).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented.
  • Experience managing high-volume print and digital marketing programs.
