Job Summary

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Specialist – Salesforce CPQ Architecture to design and lead scalable, high-performing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce CPQ, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations, along with strong leadership and architectural design capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architecture and design of end-to-end Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.
  • Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Aura Framework.
  • Implement and manage Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, Streaming APIs, and event-driven architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex business requirements into robust technical specifications.
  • Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce CPQ implementations for better performance and user experience.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, ensuring adherence to best practices in Salesforce architecture.
  • Establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive continuous integration (CI/CD) processes.
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform enhancements, recommending strategies for adoption and modernization.
  • Support legacy Salesforce components while guiding transitions to modern frameworks.

Salesforce Platform Expertise

  • Experience Cloud / Community Cloud / DXP:

    Building customized portals, partner hubs, self-service sites, and mobile apps.

    Proficiency in Experience Builder, Templates, Themes, CMS, AI personalization, and access control.

  • Integration:

    Experience integrating Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Slack, Tableau, and third-party systems via MuleSoft or APIs.

  • CPQ Expertise:

    Advanced knowledge of Product Configuration, Pricing & Discounting, Automated Quoting, Guided Selling, Contract Management, and Renewals.

  • Analytics:

    Hands-on with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) — designing and maintaining dashboards, dataflows, datasets, lenses, and reports.

    Strong collaboration with business stakeholders for actionable data insights.

Required Skills

  • Mandatory:

    Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Aura, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Industry CPQ, Salesforce Visualforce, Conga CPQ, Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP/Streaming APIs/Event), Salesforce Data Architecture, Estimation, Integration Architecture, Business Process Design & Mapping, Enterprise Strategy, Salesforce Data Migration, Data Architecture.

  • Good to Have:

    Salesforce Apex (advanced expertise), Salesforce CRM Analytics.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (or equivalent).

  • Experience: 7–11 years in Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 4 years in CPQ and Integration Architecture roles.

Certifications (Preferred):

  • Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
  • Salesforce Platform Developer II
