Description: Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements with specialization in GuideWire BillingCenter.
Summary
As an Associate Manager – Application Development, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in GuideWire BillingCenter, leading assessments, identifying high-level requirements, and developing business solutions to deliver measurable value for clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership in solution design, and develop business cases that align with enterprise goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an SME in GuideWire BillingCenter.
- Collaborate with and manage teams to deliver application solutions.
- Take ownership of team decisions and outcomes.
- Engage with multiple teams, contributing to key strategic and technical decisions.
- Lead current state assessments to identify opportunities for business value.
- Define high-level customer requirements and translate them into solutions.
- Develop business solutions, structures, and business cases to support transformation.
Professional & Technical Skills
Must Have:
- Proficiency in GuideWire BillingCenter.
- Strong knowledge of business architecture principles.
- Proven experience in defining business solutions.
- Experience in business case development and enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills.
