Job Description

Manager / Team Lead (IC Role) – FP&A

Location: Bangalore (SEZ C85)

Work Mode: Hybrid

Experience: 0–3 Years

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Manager/Team Lead (Individual Contributor) for our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function. The role focuses on KPI analytics, financial reporting, dashboard development, and financial systems administration while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze trends across key financial KPIs including sales, expenses, profitability, and variances.
  • Use analytics to identify issues, patterns, and improvement opportunities.
  • Present monthly and quarterly financial reports across business units.
  • Support and collaborate with the Reporting team for daily/weekly/monthly submissions.
  • Manage administration of SAP, BPC server, Anaplan, and other financial systems.
  • Build and automate reports within Anaplan.
  • Implement BI tools and create dashboard reports for management.
  • Provide data-driven insights to senior management and department heads.
  • Strengthen reporting controls and improve process accuracy.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver improvement initiatives.
  • Manage internal client relationships by delivering accurate and timely insights.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members where needed (IC role with coordination).

Technical Skills

  • Strong exposure to SAP.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, modeling, automation).
  • Experience with Anaplan and Kyriba (added advantage).
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.

Education Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Finance OR
  • Graduate in Accounting/Commerce with minimum 15 years of formal education.
