Job Overview

The HR Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of HR data while supporting HR Operations and Payroll processes. This role involves working with large data sets, executing mass data changes, and collaborating with HR Shared Services teams supporting US & Canada operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute mass data actions in the core HR system for large-scale initiatives or data corrections.
  • Analyze, process, and manipulate large and complex data sets with high accuracy.
  • Run audit reports to identify data inconsistencies and perform necessary corrections.
  • Maintain and update HR data structures such as departments, locations, and positions.
  • Perform data cleaning, validation, and maintenance activities to ensure database accuracy.
  • Support selected payroll-related administrative activities.
  • Resolve basic HR data and payroll queries through support tickets.
  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion while handling sensitive HR and payroll data.
  • Work closely with HR Shared Services and internal stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex data insights or system issues clearly and simply.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or MBA.
  • 0–3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors is an added advantage.

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Strong ability to analyze and manage large datasets.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of tools such as:
  • Microsoft Power BI
  • Oracle NetSuite ERP
  • SQL
  • Tableau
  • Strong attention to consistency and detail.
  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
